What if you’re not broken?
I want to tell you something you might not fully believe yet:
You’re not broken.
I know it can feel like you are.
I know you’ve tried things.
I know you’re tired of fighting your own body.
But “broken” isn’t the right word.
What I see most often is a nervous system that’s learned to live in threat mode.
Dysregulated can look like:
stuck in patterns that used to protect you
living on high alert
braced, wired, tense… even when life is “fine”
And here’s the part I love:
dysregulated can be regulated.
Not with a pill.
Not with positive thinking.
Not with forcing yourself to calm down.
But with the right tools, the right support, and enough time for your body to learn something new.
