Grounded Notes is a twice-weekly letter for people who are learning to trust their body again. Written by Sinead Kelly — nervous system practitioner and creator of The GROUND Method™.

One practice for receiving

A gentle one for the weekend.

Next time something good arrives — a compliment, a moment of rest, a kind gesture, someone noticing you — see if you can let yourself hold it for one breath longer than feels natural before passing it along, deflecting it, or moving straight on to the next thing.

That's the whole practice. One extra breath of letting it land.

It might feel oddly uncomfortable. That's worth noticing too — not fixing, just noticing.

Hope something good finds you this weekend, and stays a moment.

X, Sinead
