Grounded Notes is a twice-weekly letter from kinesiologist and functional neuro health practitioner Sinead Kelly. Real tools, honest reflections, and a little nervous system support — straight to your inbox.

If your mind is loud today

If your mind is loud today, try coming back through your eyes.

  • Slowly look around the room. Let your gaze land on 5 neutral things.

  • No rush.

  • Then feel your feet.

  • One longer exhale.

  • That’s it.

Sometimes the nervous system doesn’t need a big breakthrough.

It needs a small cue of safety.

If you try it, hit reply with one word for how your body feels after.

X, Sinead
